The Hartman House

We’ve been excited each time an image of the Hartman house has been spotted on a design blog and lately, it seems there have been quite a few sightings (A Perfect Gray, My Notting Hill and The Urban Farmhouse to start)! Even though the project was completed in early 2007, it is still one of our favorites – in fact, we used a photo of the dark, moody dining room in a recent post! Inspired by Belgian style and design hero, Axel Vervoordt, we love this house for its sophisticated but easy-going attitude and total livability.
